Most of our plots are let to individuals and tenants have to sign a rental agreement agreeing to abide by the Council allotment rules and Association policies. But it is possible for groups and organisations to take on a plot. For example, we have two nurseries and a gardening club at St.Margarets Road. These ‘non-standard tenancies’ still need a lead person to take responsibility for the group.
You also have to get Council approval after saying what you want to use the plot for – for example, outdoor play/nature study.
